Vendor Rules, Regulations & FAQ’s

Vendor Set-Up Time:

Vendors will have an opportunity to set up on the Friday night before the Annual Craft Fair between the hours of 6pm – 9pm. Vendors will also have an opportunity to set up on Saturday morning from 7am – 9am. Doors open at 9am and vendors are expected to be ready.

Vendor Breakdown Time:

Vendors will have the opportunity to break down their tables after the Annual Craft Fair has ended on Sunday after 3pm. Vendors will be expected to quickly work to pack up their items as a timeline is followed. THERE ARE NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS.

Promotion of the Event:

Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters will promote the Annual Craft Fair with signage, advertising, and social media. We ask Vendors to help promote the Annual Craft Fair but do not create their own event on social media as it only causes confusion for other Vendors and the community looking for information. Compliance and Laws & Hold Harmless:

Seller Cancellation & No Shows:

Vendor must contact Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters at WindhamBoosters@yahoo.com to cancel the application no later than September 1, 2023. If cancellation is received before September 1, 2023, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is received after September 1, 2023, there will be no refund. No Shows will forfeit the right to be a future vendor at the Annual Craft Fair.

Protection of Property:

Vendor must make every effort to protect and cover their property and inventory at the Annual Craft Fair. The Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters is not liable for damage to or theft of vendors' property.

Compliance and Laws & Hold Harmless:

Vendor agrees to follow all laws, including Federal, State and Local. Vendor agrees to not endanger any person or do damage to property. The vendor also agrees to indemnify, save and defend Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters and their officers and volunteers as well as RSU14 and hold harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, suits, and cost and expenses for anything and everything arising from vendor’s participation in the Annual Craft Fair. Vendor agrees that they are participating in the Annual Craft Fair at their own risk and including but not limited to personal and property damage.
